One Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club based in Brighton and Hove, operating since 2009. They offer Gi BJJ, No-Gi/Submission Wrestling, and MMA classes for all ages and levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Kids and teens programmes run for ages 4 and up, while adult classes cover fundamentals, intermediate, mixed levels and open mat sessions.
Classes are divided by level so beginners always train in a safe, supportive environment. Members can also train at all affiliate locations across Portslade, Hove, Worthing, Chichester, and Guildford at no extra cost.
