Mind Body Pilates is a Pilates class programme run by qualified instructor Leanne Grayshon, a Pilates Foundation-trained teacher with additional specialist training in antenatal and postnatal work.

Group classes are held at Northcote Scout Hall in Westbury on Trym, Bristol, with sessions for improvers, mixed ability (including beginners), and gentle levels running Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Classes are kept to a maximum of 12 participants and are taught in an informal, friendly style. Private one-to-one sessions are also available.

Pilates is offered as a beneficial practice for all ages and fitness levels, including those recovering from injury or managing long-term back and musculoskeletal complaints.
