Mission2Condition (M2C) is a female-only fitness studio in Sittingbourne, purpose-built to deliver challenging group classes in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Founded by competitive strongman athlete Matt Cole, the studio offers over 24 classes across seven days a week, including Dumbbell Warriors (full-body strength and conditioning), D12 (the Deadly Dozen hybrid fitness race), Strongwoman Circuit (functional equipment like logs, yokes and sleds), Iron Maidens (barbell-focused strength training), and M2C Rox (a Hyrox-inspired endurance and strength class).

Small class sizes foster lasting friendships and a tight-knit community where women of all fitness levels and generations train together, united by the motto: "It doesn't matter what your 100% looks like — just give it!"
