MMAX Gym is a Mixed Martial Arts gym based in Hemel Hempstead town centre, run by head coach Denniston 'Mad Max' Sutherland — a pro fighter with over 20 years of MMA experience and more than 10 British titles plus one world title.
Classes focus on striking and conditioning and are open to all ages and abilities, whether you want to compete, learn self-defence, or simply boost your fitness and confidence. Private 1-1 sessions are also available, and the gym space can be hired by PTs and instructors.
