Hemel Hempstead's home of BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, No-Gi and MMA. Train under Checkmat-affiliated black belt Jay Herridge, who brings ADCC UK National Gold and IBJJF London Open titles to the mat. Classes run for kids (4–13) and adults, from complete beginners through to competitors, in both Gi and No-Gi formats.

Dedicated fundamentals sessions mean you'll never be thrown into live rolling on day one. Kids' classes are also available at the Abbots Langley location.
