Founded by friends Maddison and Mia, MMOVE Wellness Studio is a thoughtfully designed boutique studio in Salford offering an elevated approach to wellbeing. The studio combines community, mindful movement and holistic wellness through classes including Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Sculpt Mat, Mat Pilates, and yoga, alongside massage therapy and beauty treatments.
Using infrared heating technology and premium studio design, MMOVE aims to help members feel grounded, energised and aligned.
