Founded and led by Richard Moon, who has over 29 years of martial arts experience and 17 years of coaching, the school is dedicated to building confidence, discipline, and a winning mentality in students of all ages and fitness levels.

Classes include children's programmes (Tiny Turtles and Leadership), Ladies Only Kickboxing, and Adult sessions, all delivered by a passionate and experienced team.
