Move With Ease Now is a Feldenkrais practice run by Mamie, a fully qualified and insured Feldenkrais Practitioner based in Bath. The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle, non-invasive approach to movement learning that helps people discover easier, more comfortable ways of moving.

Drawing on principles of mindfulness and neuroplasticity, sessions guide learners to become more aware of their movements and explore alternative neuromuscular patterns. Mamie trained over four years and has been practising since qualifying in 2010, continuing further professional development annually.

Sessions are available as group classes, one-to-one Functional Integration sessions, and workshops and events. She is also a Committee Member (Treasurer) of the Feldenkrais Guild UK and a Trustee of Designability.
