Rustiq Fitness is a farm-based boutique fitness studio in Bradford on Avon offering a unique outdoor and barn training experience. Sessions use functional equipment like kettlebells, sandbags, tyres and sleds, emphasising real-life health and strength for all abilities.
Services include group classes, personal training, small group PT, and a wellbeing programme called Health Seekers. The studio is also an official Spartan DEKA and ATHX Games affiliate gym, with a welcoming, no-ego community atmosphere.
