Muscle Basin Gym is an Islamic-inspired, gender-segregated calisthenics-focused gym born in the East End of London, with roots at the calisthenics park in Shadwell Basin. Founded by internationally competitive calisthenics athletes, MBG offers a holistic approach to fitness that blends physical training with faith, community, and brotherhood.
With two locations — Maryland and Whitechapel — it is the first segregated calisthenics gym of its kind in the UK.
