Muscle & Fitness Gym is one of Salford's longest active gymnasiums, established in 1984. Located on the first floor at 181 Station Road, Pendlebury, this state-of-the-art fitness facility offers affordable 24-hour membership with personalised access fobs, open 365 days a year.
The gym features a dedicated free-weight area with dumbbells from 1kg to 50kg, Olympic bars, kettlebells and medicine balls, a large selection of cable-driven and plate-loading resistance machines, and cardiovascular equipment including Concept 2 rowing machines, True Treadmills, Life Fitness Bikes and cross-trainers.
All new members receive a club induction, and exercise instruction is available from qualified staff.
