Natbridge Amateur Boxing Club is Leyland's only boxing gym, founded in 2001 by head coach Martin Benson. Located next to Tesco Extra on Eden Street, the gym offers a full-size boxing ring, nine authentic leather punch bags, floor-to-ceiling balls, a skipping area, foam flooring exercise area, and a full range of 40 pairs of gloves.

Classes run for juniors (age 7–15), seniors, and ladies boxercise, with personal training and one-to-one pad work also available. The club has a proud heritage of producing national champions, including ABA Women's Championship winners Lindsey Littlewood and Lisa Whiteside, who is ranked number 3 in the world.
