Nearu Martial Art is a unique martial art system offering classes for all ages and abilities, from toddlers (3–5 years) and children (5–12 years) to mixed adult classes and ladies-only fitness sessions.
The training combines physical conditioning — building strength, stamina, flexibility, speed and agility — with self-defence techniques and the ancient art of breathing and mind control. Students learn to harness their natural inner energy, progressing through a belt system from White to Black.
Nearu is practised internationally across the UK, UAE, USA, Sweden, Canada, Finland and Turkey.
