New Era Martial Arts Academy offers martial arts and self-defence classes for all ages and abilities, from toddlers to adults. Programmes include Future Spartans (3–4 yrs), Spartans (4–5 yrs), Senators (6–8 yrs), Emperors (9+ yrs), Adults/Cadets (14+), and a Ladies Only class.

The academy focuses on building confidence, discipline, respect and resilience — both on and off the mats — delivered by a team of experienced black belt instructors in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
