Newham Boxing is a long-established, all-inclusive boxing club based in East London with over 43 years of community history.
Welcoming all ages, abilities and fitness levels — from six to seventy — the club offers tailored group classes, personal training, children's nursery and championship boxing sessions, women-only classes, open gym access, and future special needs provision.
Coaches guide members from grassroots development through to competitive amateur and professional boxing, with a philosophy that boxing builds confidence, fitness and lifelong friendships.
