An East End legend since 1922, West Ham Boxing Club is a historic amateur boxing club welcoming men, women, boys and girls. The club offers community fitness classes, a nursery programme for children, and competitive boxing squads at junior, youth and senior level.
Training takes place in a high-spec facility featuring three canvas-floored boxing rings, twelve punch bags, sparring equipment, skipping ropes, medicine balls and shadow boxing mirrors.
