Next Generation MMA is a martial arts gym on the Wirral offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi) and MMA classes for kids and adults of all levels. New students begin with dedicated intro classes and receive a free 4-class trial before joining a full membership.

The weekly timetable runs Monday to Saturday with sessions ranging from Kids BJJ and Kids MMA through to Beginners, Intro, and Advanced No-Gi BJJ, plus an All-Levels Gi class on Saturday mornings.
