Nintai Martial Arts is a Shotokan karate dojo based in Bedlington, Northumberland. Founded on the principles of accessibility and adaptability, the dojo blends Shotokan karate with elements of other martial arts including Wado-Ryu karate, aikido and ju jitsu.
Classes are offered for all ages, from young children (ages 4–7 in the Kodomo class) through to teens and adults, with separate programmes for different age groups and abilities.
