Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese martial arts school based in the London Borough of Haringey, led by Sifu Bryan Barnes — a Level 2 BCCMA-qualified instructor with 29 years of experience.
The school teaches the Northern Praying Mantis style to adults, women and children, developing confidence, speed, power, flexibility, fitness, mindfulness and real fighting skills. Adult classes run on Monday evenings, and children's classes take place on Saturday mornings.
The school also offers private classes, seminars, corporate packages, business packages and schools packages.
