Novo Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio based within Nuffield Health Centre in Battersea, London. Offering solo, duo and small group Reformer Pilates sessions (maximum 5 per class), the studio focuses on core stability, posture, strength, balance and flexibility through controlled, progressive movements.
The team specialises in rehabilitation for clients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, working alongside orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists, and also offers pre- and post-natal Pilates. All levels are welcome, with introductory sessions available for those new to Reformer Pilates.
