NRGym

NRGym is a strictly private members club set across three floors of a converted mill in Keighley, open since July 2012. The second floor houses an extensive gym floor with over 85 machines from top brands including Hammer Strength, Arsenal Strength and Life Fitness.

The ground floor features a full cardio suite with treadmills, Stairmasters, bikes and a Watt Bike, plus a core and glutes area. The basement is a functional training playground with a 20m turf track, Olympic lifting platform, HYROX sleds, Concept 4 rowers, ski ergs, bike ergs, curved runners, a 20m monkey bar station, boxing area and a comprehensive free weights section.

Membership is by application only — no day passes or guest access. Classes, including a full HYROX training schedule, are included with membership. Additional on-site services include physiotherapy, sports massage, a café and a bike workshop.
