New York Pilates London is the first studio to teach authentic Classical Pilates in London, located at The Linen House, just 5 minutes from Queens Park Station. Founded by Studio Director Daphne, who certified under Romana Krzyżanowska — the protégé of Joseph Pilates himself — the studio is regarded as the Centre of Excellence for Authentic Classical Pilates in the UK.
All teachers hold the highest Classical Pilates certifications. The studio uses only genuine Gratz apparatus, the original equipment designed by Joseph Pilates, and offers small-group equipment classes, mat classes, PowerSpring classes, Gyrotonic, private sessions, and 24/7 video-on-demand mat classes.
Classes incorporate breathwork, injury prevention, and dynamic connected movement, and are suitable for a range of abilities. The studio also runs a sought-after Mentorship Program for newer teachers.
