NY Studio is a reformer Pilates studio based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, welcoming all abilities from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The studio is equipped with Reformers, Towers, Pilates Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, Arcs and Jumpboards, and offers small group classes of up to six people as well as Individual and Duet Sessions.
Class options include Fundamentals (beginner-friendly), Flow (dynamic and challenging), Rehab/Natal (for pre/postnatal clients and those recovering from injury), and Lunchtime classes. The studio also runs workshops, retreats, corporate bookings, and massage therapy, with an online timetable and booking system via TeamUp.
