With over 11 years of experience and 9 award nominations — including a nomination in the Health Category at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards — Kier and his team offer fully bespoke coaching across 1-1 personal training, small group coaching memberships, strength & conditioning for athletes, and online coaching.

The private studio is exclusive to coached sessions only — not a pay-as-you-go gym — ensuring every visit is purposeful and tailored.

Kier holds a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, a Level 4 advanced personal training qualification, and a strength & conditioning certification, drawing on exercise psychology, biomechanics, physiology, and nutrition to deliver exceptional results for both everyday clients and athletes ranging from grassroots to international level.
