One Martial Arts is a mixed martial arts dojo offering Muay Thai, No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kids classes, and personal training for all ages and abilities. Head coach Levi Kump brings over 30 years of martial arts experience, including a 2005 WKA World Amateur Championship title and a professional fight record of 14 bouts across Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand.
BJJ classes are led by Laine Foxton, an active amateur MMA fighter and BJJ purple belt. The gym runs a structured weekly schedule featuring competition team sessions, open gym, youth and adult classes, conditioning, and sparring.
