Led by Frances and a small team of instructors, they offer mixed-ability matwork Pilates classes in person and online via Zoom, 1:1 bespoke sessions, Pilates on paddleboards, retreats, and corporate wellness sessions.
Their welcoming approach focuses on helping clients get out of pain, improve flexibility and core strength, and move more freely — whether recovering from injury, building strength, or simply taking time out for themselves.
