OSLO Health is a boutique yoga, pilates and barre studio tucked away on Mespil Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin. Classes are small and intimate, capped at 15 people, and cover mat pilates, a range of yoga styles (flow, foundations, power and sculpt), ballet-inspired barre, HIIT and strength sessions, plus prenatal and postnatal classes and mum & baby offerings.

The studio is climate controlled with an air purifying system, a state-of-the-art music system and luxurious changing areas, and there is a hair and beauty salon upstairs for some post-class R&R. New clients can start with an introductory two-class offer, and bundles and memberships are available.
