Paragon Pilates is a welcoming boutique Pilates studio based in Chelford, Cheshire, open seven days a week. The studio offers expert Mat and Reformer Pilates in intentionally small group classes — with a maximum of six clients per Reformer session — as well as private one-to-one sessions and Pre/Postnatal Pilates.
Instructors are highly qualified, having trained with leading providers including Body Control Pilates, Modern Pilates and STOTT PILATES®. Every session is tailored to the individual, whether a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, with exercises adapted for ability, experience and goals. Sports massage is also available.
