Paragon Pilates is a welcoming boutique studio in Chelford, Cheshire, offering expert Mat and Reformer Pilates for all abilities — from complete beginners through to advanced. Classes are kept intentionally small (maximum six on the Reformer) so every client receives individual attention and personalised guidance.

The studio also offers one-to-one private sessions, pre/postnatal Pilates, sports massage, and online Mat classes via Zoom. Instructors are trained with leading providers including Body Control Pilates, Modern Pilates and STOTT PILATES®.
