PARC (Perform And Restore Coaching) is a boutique training studio on The Strand in Barnstaple, led by coach George Birch. With a mission to get people back to doing the things they love — pain-free — PARC offers a distinctive approach that blends strength, mobility, and longevity training.

Classes scale to all abilities, from grandparents to elite athletes, addressing modern movement deficiencies caused by sedentary lifestyles.
