PB Fitness Portsmouth

PB Fitness is a mobile personal training and group fitness studio based on the Isle of Wight, founded by Pete in 2011 with the mission of making fitness fun and accessible for all. Pete brings over 20 years of experience, including five years as a tutor and assessor with YMCA Fitness Industry Training.

The studio offers one-to-one Personal Training (at home, in the park or on the beach), Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) in small groups of 3–5, and the PBFIT in the Park circuit class held at Northwood Park.

Sessions blend strength, cardio, flexibility and fun, with programmes tailored to individual goals — whether that's weight loss, pre/postnatal fitness, injury recovery or training for events. A strong community culture and consistent, long-term results are at the heart of the PB Fitness approach.
