Absolute Fitness is a private personal training studio in the heart of Kilkenny, run by Mick Brennan, an ITEC-certified personal trainer, online fitness instructor, former professional MMA fighter, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and certified IAWA wrestling coach.

Sessions take place in a quiet, private setting with no crowds, so clients can get focused instruction and progress at their own pace. Training is available one-to-one, as a duo or in small groups of up to four, and Mick also coaches clients remotely through Absolute Fitness Online. The studio is based at Top Pro Martial Arts & Fitness Centre on Lower New Street.
