Eddie Sheehan Personal Trainer

Eddie Sheehan's bespoke fitness studio in the heart of Kilkenny city offers private one-to-one personal training, semi-private sessions shared with up to four others, and small group fitness classes of up to eight people.

Unlike a commercial gym, the setting is personal, with smaller class sizes and training built around each client's goals, whether they are beginners or seasoned athletes.

Eddie is a certified personal trainer (National Council for Exercise and Fitness, accredited by the University of Limerick) with a strength and conditioning background, a former Irish record-holding Kettlebell Sport athlete and coach of World and European champions, and a qualified sports massage therapist who builds injury prevention and recovery into his programmes.

He trains everyone from weight-loss clients to runners, Ironman competitors, and GAA and rugby players.
