Strength for Life Personal Training is a Greystones-based personal training service run by qualified trainer Owen Downey, serving North Wicklow and South Dublin. Training is offered one-to-one, as 1:2 partner sessions, in small groups or online, and takes place at clients' homes, in their gardens or at an agreed local spot, with Owen bringing the equipment.

The approach is personalised, supportive and realistic, built around busy schedules and aimed at beginners, returners and busy parents who want lasting strength without gym intimidation. Services cover strength and muscle gain, weight loss and body composition, event preparation, mobility, cardio fitness and recovery.
