Physico is a boutique wellness studio combining reformer Pilates, barre, personal training, physiotherapy, osteopathy and clinical Pilates under one roof. Based at the Andaz Hotel health club in the City and in Shortlands (Bromley), the studio offers expert-led group classes alongside one-to-one clinical and rehabilitation sessions.

The specialist team includes physiotherapists, an osteopath, a sports physician and Pilates instructors, and the studio accepts all major private health insurers.
