Pilates Evolved is a boutique Pilates and wellbeing studio established in 2006 in Henfield, West Sussex.
The studio offers small-group Matwork and Reformer Pilates classes (max 6 participants), bespoke 1:1/2:1 private sessions on Pilates equipment, an online video library, and a range of wellbeing therapies including remedial massage, reflexology, facial treatments, holistic massage, and meditation.
