Established in 2006, Pilates Evolved is a boutique Pilates and wellbeing studio in Henfield, West Sussex.

Operating from two dedicated studio spaces, the team of specialist teachers offers a diverse timetable of small-group Matwork classes (including Gentle & Restorative, Intermediate, Pilates Barre and Advanced levels), small-group Reformer classes, and bespoke 1:1/2:1 private Pilates sessions on equipment.

Classes are kept to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure individual attention. An online video library of 200+ Pilates classes is also available. The studios are complemented by resident wellbeing therapists offering remedial massage, holistic massage, pregnancy massage, facial therapy, reflexology, and meditation.
