Pilates Now! is an independent, fully-equipped Pilates studio in Chiswick, West London, run by Ris and a team of specialist instructors with over 20 years of teaching experience. The studio offers personalised one-to-one sessions and small group classes of just four people, covering all levels from beginner to advanced.

Using Merrithew equipment including Reformers, Towers and more, the team works with injuries, special conditions, antenatal and postnatal clients, and those seeking healthy ageing, rehabilitation and improved athletic performance.
