Pilates on the Go is a friendly Pilates studio in Wandsworth, South West London, welcoming everyone from ages 18 to 90 regardless of ability. Both apparatus and mat work Pilates are offered in one-to-one or small group sessions (maximum 7 people), as well as via Zoom.
Classes cover beginner through to advanced levels, including pre-natal, post-natal, Mum & Baby, Senior Pilates, and Pilates on the Ball. The studio is led by Margot Campbell, an accredited Pilates teacher with the Pilates Foundation.
