The studio offers small-group classes of maximum 7 people as well as 1-to-1 and duo sessions, covering levels from beginner through to advanced (UMPH Intermediate, BOOM Advanced, Motr Vation). As an authorised Balanced Body Training Centre, myPilates London also runs teacher-training courses leading to Balanced Body Pilates Instructor certification.
