Pilates with Sylvia is a Bristol-based mat Pilates service run by Sylvia Hunt, a qualified Pilates teacher and personal trainer with 15 years of experience.

Specialising in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates and Pilates for older adults, Sylvia teaches small, inclusive group classes across several community venues in Bristol including Shirehampton, Avonmouth, Westbury-on-Trym and Horfield.

Classes include Mixed Ability Mat Pilates, Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates, and Older Adult & Gentle Pilates, all designed to meet clients at their own pace with a holistic, body-aware approach. One-to-one personal training and initial consultation sessions are also available, as well as occasional workshops and retreats.
