Founded in 2010 by ex-champion boxer and competitive bodybuilder Mark 'Tomo' Thomas, Platinum Gym is a no-nonsense, real gym for real people in Walsall Wood. It offers an extensive weight training area packed with rare Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Cybex and Panata machines, plus a full suite of cardiovascular equipment.

Male and female changing rooms with shower facilities are on site, alongside a tanning bed. The adjoining Platinum Boxing Club features a full-size ring, speed balls, punch bags and coaching. Nutrition supplements and expert diet advice are also available.
