Platinum Performance Centre is Dunbar's only premium training facility — built for people who take their training seriously and welcoming to anyone ready to start. The equipment-dense gym floor features fifteen squat racks, a full free weights area, and a functional compound with a five-bay performance rig.
Alongside the gym, PPC offers a full timetable of fitness classes, personal training, sports therapy, and a dedicated martial arts studio delivering Taekwon-Do and kickboxing for all ages, taught by one of Scotland's most decorated martial artists — all under one roof.
