Platinum Pilates is a Dublin Reformer Pilates studio group that combines Pilates teaching with physiotherapy under one roof. Its signature Dynamic Reformer classes run across three intensity levels, alongside Reformer Essentials for beginners and returners from injury, and Reformer Pre Natal classes.

It also offers Clinical Pilates and physio-led classes run by specialist physiotherapists, plus small group sessions on the Tower, Cadillac and Barrel. Classes run for 50 minutes across several Dublin studios, including Sandymount, Hatch Street, Clonskeagh, Stillorgan and Honey Park, with online booking.

Clean socks are required, doors lock at class start, and newcomers are pointed to Dynamic Reformer 1.
