Plexus Jiu Jitsu is Spalding's home of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, offering a safe and inclusive training environment led by head coach Admiro, a black belt with over a decade of experience. Classes are available for children (ages 8–15) and adults of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced competitors.
Training builds strength, fitness, mental clarity and confidence both on and off the mats, all within a supportive community.
