Pose Fitness is a boutique fitness and wellness studio set in the peaceful surroundings of Weedon's Depot, between Daventry and Northampton. Founded by Sarah, an ex-dancer and personal trainer, the studio offers a welcoming community focused on movement for everybody.
Classes include Pose Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Adult Ballet, and dance — all led by qualified professionals in small groups. Pose Fitness also hosts workshops, events, and teacher training through its sister brand Pose Barre, and offers on-demand workouts and a studio apparel range.
