Posture Pilates is a matwork Pilates studio run by Ruth, a certified Body Control Pilates teacher based in West Yorkshire. Classes focus on alignment, breathing and centring, drawing on the core philosophy of Joseph Pilates to improve joint mobility, stability, posture, flexibility and overall well-being.
Ruth offers Beginners, Mixed Ability and Online classes, as well as one-to-one or small-group inductions to get new students started safely. Face-to-face classes are held at Stage Door Studios in Guiseley and Liberated Life in Bingley.
