Premier Kickboxing is an award-winning family martial arts academy offering kickboxing and BJJ classes for kids, teens, and adults across five full-time studios in Harrow, Ruislip Manor, South Ruislip, South Harrow, and Newton Abbot.
With over 2,500 students and programmes running since 1996, they provide age-specific classes from Little Dragons (ages 3–4 and 5–6) through to junior, teen, adult, and competition team training — focused on confidence, discipline, fitness, and self-defence.
