Premier Pilates & Fitness is Midlothian's boutique studio for Pilates, fitness and stretching, proudly claiming to be the first in the UK to offer StretchFit classes with specialist equipment.
Classes are kept small (8–12 people) for personalised attention, and include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Circuit Training, Dance Fitness, Pilates Suspension, and pre/postnatal small-group training. One-to-one and duet sessions are also available in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Personal Training.
