PT Hale is Hale village's only personal training studio, operating for over 15 years from a modern, fully equipped private facility in the heart of Hale.

The experienced team of male and female trainers — including ex-Royal Marine Christian, owner Stuart, and specialists Charlotte, Lee, Hannah and Neil — offer personal training, partner sessions and group training for all ages and abilities.
